Hola everyone and welcome to my new blog for Expats In Mexico, coming to you from warm and sunny Cabo San Lucas. Most of the expats here agree that it doesn’t get any better than beachfront living in Los Cabos.
Los Cabos has extraordinary properties perfectly positioned on the water´s edge with forever sea views from every angle, expansive outdoor living spaces and direct beach access to a landscape of breathtaking natural beauty. This is quality of life. This is total ease of living. This is paradise. And it can be found here in Los Cabos, Mexico.
From the beautiful shores of San Jose del Cabo to Cabo San Lucas, the East Cape and Todos Santos – about an hour north of Cabo – amazing homes can be found up and down the beaches of Los Cabos.
If Los Cabos is on your radar as a place to settle down in Mexico, here are a few of my personal favorite beachfront, full-time ownership, homes and condos in Cabo San Lucas.
If you’re looking for a high-end home, Villas at Hacienda is a great development that offers ideal beachfront living. These condos combine modern elegance with rustic finishings, including an indoor fireplace and beachfront terrace. The private pool and outdoor jacuzzi overlook Medano Beach, with views of Land’s End and Lover’s Beach. If you want luxury, it starts at US$1.2M and can go beyond US$4M.
Villa la Estancia is another great area. Located at the tip of the Baja Peninsula, this idyllic location offers a true retreat-feel. Villa La Estancia is known for its refined elegance, sophisticated style and relaxing atmosphere right on Medano Beach. Although it is a luxurious resort, you can own your own condo and experience the five-star resort lifestyle. Villa la Estancia prides itself on offering luxurious living in a relaxed setting. Condos range from US$750,000 to over US$2M.
TerraSol Condos are nestled at the very tip of the Baja Peninsula at Land’s End, where the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortez on one the most expansive beaches on the entire Baja Peninsula. TerraSol, which means sand and sun, is a spectacular low-rise, low-density private, quiet and secluded resort with full-time ownership. Condos range from US$350,000 to over US$1M.
Finally, Pedregal Private Beach Pedregal de Cabo San Lucas is a luxury residential community in Cabo San Lucas that celebrates the natural beauty of Los Cabos’ natural setting. Featuring dramatic mountains, cobblestone lanes and streets, private beaches and spectacular one of a kind views, it is the unique place where the Pacific Ocean dramatically unites with the Sea of Cortez. There is nothing like the beachfront property in Pedregal with stunning rock formations, beautiful sandy beach and tranquil sounds of the crashing waves. There are only eleven homes built on the beautiful private beachfront of Pedregal. Homes rarely come available on this pristine piece of land, but when they do, expect to pay for the privilege of living in Cabo’s finest area. For example, there is a gorgeous contemporary six-bedroom home, Casa Bella Vita, available for US$5,395,000. If you have the money, it’s a slice of heaven.
