Agustin Eliab Juarez is a published novelist in both English and Spanish. Born in the U.S. but raised in Mexico until a teen, the writer attended Stanford University earning two degrees, the latter a Master's in Cultural and Social Anthropology, where he first delved into Food Anthropology due to his passion for cooking and tasting food from around the world. He lives in Mexico, searching for the unusual, the innovative and the tastiest meals there, and reporting those spots for all to visit.
