I’ve received a lot of calls this year regarding condo living in Los Cabos. This blog is the first in a three-part series that will give you a sampling of what is available from Los Cabos to San José del Cabo. I’ll start with the Pacific Ocean side in Cabo and will end in San José del Cabo. All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars.
Let’s look first at the Quivira area. Located on the Pacific side of the Baja, very close to Lands End, Quivira is a beautiful gated community that includes incredible hotels and a gorgeous golf course. Quivira takes its name from an ancient legend about seven cities of gold.
Here are a few condo options in Quivira:
Copala – $350,000 to $700,000 featuring 1, 2, 3 bedrooms
The design of the Copala Condos offers excellent space distribution, as well as a perfect blend of tranquility, sophistication, sweeping views and functionality.

Pacific Bay Condos – $599,000 to $749,000 featuring 3 bedrooms

St. Regis Condos – $2.8M to $6.5M featuring 3, 4, 5 bedrooms
