Felice and I wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and a joyous holiday season. We also thank you and the many aspiring expats who want to make Mexico their new home for being part of our Expats In Mexico family.

We began this adventure just 15 months ago and are grateful that Expats In Mexico – The Expat Guide to Living in Mexico has been so well received by the expat community.

Since our debut on Mexico’s Independence Day last year, we have listened to you and worked hard to add content that interests both expats living in Mexico and the thousands of aspiring expats who live in the U.S., Canada, U.K. Australia, India, Philippines, Thailand, Spain, Panama and other countries around the world.

We’ve made a major effort to personalize the information we bring you through the voices of expats living throughout Mexico. Between our Hometown series and our Expat Entrepreneurs in Mexico profiles, we’ve covered most of the major expat centers in the country to give you a taste of life from some of the most interesting people in the world: Expats in Mexico.

You also may have noticed our growing library of expat video interviews on our Expats In Mexico YouTube channel as well as on our homepage and Video Gallery. Video is an area that we intend to expand greatly in 2018 because you enjoy them and, frankly, they’re great fun to do!

We’ll also be adding to our list of featured cities in the new year, based on our Monthly Expat Poll results and requests from you. Whether you’re planning to make a move within the country in 2018 or move to Mexico, the detailed profiles should help you decide if one of them is a fit for you.

In my New Year’s blog, I’ll talk more about what lies ahead next year and also tell you about our new Expats in Mexico Survey, which will launch in January.

Muchas gracias, amigos, y feliz navidad. Hasta próxima semana.
